We recently purchased our second and third vehicles from Smith. Jack, Mike and the rest of the sales staff make the process seamless and you feel as though your dealing with a lifetime friend and never feel any pressure. I was at the dealership today for the first service appointment on my new 2013 Malibu. Made an appointment with Richard, car was serviced promptly and within 45-50 minutes,I was on my way. Smith will continue to be our "go to" dealer of choice for a variety of reasons, but mostly because they feel like family and always have the customer's best interest first and foremost.
